Registration & Cancellation Policies

$75 of your deposit is non-refundable.

“No Shows” will receive NO REFUNDS - no exceptions.

Final payment must be made by February 10, 2026. Failure to make your final payment on or before this date will result in the forfeit of your space. In this case your deposit will not be refunded.

Due to the nature of our contracts with the hotel, no refunds will be available after 45 days prior to the event, unless there is a waiting list and we can fill your spot. Cancellations before 45 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, with the exception of the $75 non-refundable deposit.

You will incur a $50.00 fee for any returned checks.

Just Say Scrap reserves the right to cancel any event and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by attendees such as airfare or other travel expenses. Should an event be cancelled by Just Say Scrap all registration fees will be refunded.

By submitting and signing your registration and this form, you release Just Say Scrap, its owners, employees, vendors, instructors, sponsors and associates from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, cost and expenses that you may have incurred by attending or traveling to or from a Just Say Scrap weekend. You release Just Say Scrap of all liabilities including personal injuries, damages or incidentals to the venue.

With attendance at the event, you may be included in publicity photos. You hereby give your consent for the use of these photos and/or comments in future Just Say Scrap promotional materials, including our blog and other social media sites.
